This hotel has a fantastic location, spacious rooms with great bathrooms and verandas, and incredibly friendly staff.

The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and the double room we booked was air-conditioned. The food was great with a good choice of choice!

The rooms were neat and fairly quiet with thin sheets and good bathroom plus verandahs, no complaint. Its location was marvellous and beautiful, to local shopping center & bottle shop, and in a great area. The authentic bar was adjoining and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating: )

I had a comfortable one-night stay here. the location is fantastic and really hard to beat—it's just a short distance from the old town. There are shopping centers and a supermarket super close by, which is really convenient. Plus, the authentic bar was amazing! 🍹.

This hotel has friendly staff, a beautiful location near the train line, shops, and is conveniently close to the airport.

The room was tidy and had a private bathroom with everything I needed.

We stayed at Budget Motel for a night as our son had a birthday party nearby. The budget accommodation exceeded our expectations with a comfortable queen size bed, TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was excellent. The attached commercial tavern offers a wide range of drinks and reasonably priced food. We were pleased with our stay and would choose this motel again for future events in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location close to some awesome pubs, a shopping mall, and all the stores you need. Had a comfy one-night stay here. 🛍️

This hotel is conveniently located close to shops and the event we were attending. It is handy to all shopping facilities, making it easy to find everything we needed. Additionally, the rooms had thin sheets and a good bathroom with a balcony, which provided a nice view.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to transportation and just a short walk away from the hospital. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and provided me with excellent service. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were more than adequate. I also appreciated the fact that there was parking available at the hotel.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved the location of this hotel as it is close to everything I needed in the Midland area of Perth. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what I needed, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The thin sheets provided added a touch of comfort to my sleep, and the breakfast options were satisfactory.

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no major issues that I experienced.
